Bill Powers from RTO Property asked me to help him document the process of “flipping” a residential real estate property. Flipping is a term used to describe purchasing a revenue-generating asset and quickly reselling (or “flipping”) it for profit. RTO is a property consulting company based in Waukegan, IL. They manage 200+ units, mostly single family homes in Lake County, IL.
