Matthiessen State Park is located in central LaSalle County, Illinois, southwest of Chicago. These shots were taken along the Vermilion River which runs through part of the park. My son, Connor performed the guitar music.

Took a drive on the Pacific Coast Highway and stopped to take these shots of the surf, just north of Huntington Beach, California. The off-shore oil platform in one shot makes me think about the BP spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
