I enjoyed this video. I am a member of South Canyon Lutheran Church, Rapid City SD. Bruce Thalacker is my pastor. I make this Communion Bread for our church – about 200 loaves each year. I have a passion for making it, but you have inspired me. I will also think of you next time I have 20 5th graders making the bread. In fact I may ask Pastor Bruce to share this with them next fall.

Here at Prince of Peace Lutheran, Pastor Bruce’s son, Pastor Scott Thalacker, just referred me to this video for some tips on baking the bread for communion on Maundy Thursday and Easter Sunday. Seeing Louise’s note is certainly a Spirit-filled way to be reminded that we all belong to the family of God.
